Site 15 is located less than a mile southeast of Sunglow Pier in Daytona Beach Shores. It is 5.4 nm north of the Bell Buoy at a bearing of 322°. The site depth is 40-50 ft. Unlike the majority of the offshore reefs which are shaped like a square, the inshore reefs are more irregularly shaped.

On July 17, 2015, a barge load of 375 tons of clean concrete culverts and concrete structures  were placed in the northwest part of the site. The depth is approximately  45 ft. The deposit is approximately 10 feet high and 80 feet long in a narrow line.

On July 20, 2015, a barge load of 400 tons of clean concrete culverts,concrete structures, jersey barriers, and utility poles were placed in the southwest part of the site. The deposit is approximately 10 feet high and 80 feet long in a narrow line. The depth is approximately 45 ft.

On July 28, 2015, a barge load of 325 tons of clean concrete culverts, concrete structures of varying size, and jersey barriers were placed on the east-southeast part of the site. The deposit is approximately 10 feet high and 90 feet long in a tightly stacked narrow line. The depth is 50 feet.

2016 - Site 15 W Deposit (V15-16W6)

On August 22, 2016, a barge load of 410 tons of clean concrete jersey barriers were placed on the western part of the site.The deposit is approximately 10 feet high in a tight 60 ft wide pile. The depth is 43 feet.
