Site 11 is 15.7 nm NE of the inlet, at a bearing of 041° from the Bell Buoy. The site is approximately 13 miles offshore with a depth of approximately 80 ft. Since the first deposit in 2001, the site has developed a variety of fish and soft corals.

The first deposits were placed on the site in June 2001, with a 20 foot high center pile. Four large piles of culverts were placed roughly 500 ft. to the northeast, northwest, southwest, and southeast of the center pile. Do not anchor within the piles because you may not be able to retrieve your anchor. Look for schools of bait fish near the surface to locate the piles.

On July 15, 2011, a barge load of clean culverts and concrete was placed on the western part of the site. The depth is approximately 80 ft. The deposit was made from both sides of the barge and is approximately 9 feet high. The length is 80 feet.

On July 21, 2011, a barge load of clean culverts and concrete was placed on the eastern part of the site. The depth is approximately 80 ft. The deposit was made from both sides of the barge and is approximately 9 feet high and 80 feet long.

On August 15, 2012, an 80 ft. load of clean culverts and concrete was placed on the northern part of the site. The deposit was made from both sides of the barge and is approximately 7 feet high. The depth is approximately 80 ft.
