Site 7 is a typical culvert reef. It's similar to sites 5 and 6 in it's depth, distance from shore and the types of marine life you would find. The site is about 12 nm from the inlet at a bearing of approximately 107°. It is approximately 9 nm offshore and depths are 55-60 ft.

Back in 1991 3 very full barge loads of culverts and concrete pipe were placed on what was then the site center. Now it's actually on the west side of the site. The depth around this site is approximately 58 feet.

1994 - Site 7 Water Barge (V07-94C5)

On October 9th 1994 a 120' x 30' x 7' steel water barge was sunk east of the 1991 culverts. The barge settled upright in a north south orientation. It has remained intact for main years. The last documented survey in 2010 had the barge pointed in more of a southeast direction. It is still believed to be in good condition.

2010 - Site 7 SE Deposit (V07-10S3)

Some time in July of 2010, 500 tons of concrete poles, slabs, and culverts were placed about 2100 feet southeast of the 1994 barge. The height of the deposit at the time of its deployment was 13 ft.

2011- Site 7 North Culverts (V07-11N3)

On June 29, 2011, a barge load of culverts were placed in the northern part of the site. There are two lines of material approximately 80 feet long. The height of the deposit was reported to be about 7 ft. at the time.

On July 14, 2011, a barge load of culverts were deposited on the eastern part of the site. There are two lines of material approximately 80 feet long. At the time of the deployment the height of this reef was estimated to be about 10 ft.

On August 24, 2014, a barge deposited 360 ton of clean culverts in the ESE part of Site. The height of the deposit is about 11 ft. The depth is approximately 54 ft.
